WARRANTY AND OTHER POLICIES

Warranties, Returns, and Special Order Policies

Accessories may be returned within three(3) business days for refund or exchange.

Returned accessories must be in the original condition along with the original packaging and proof of purchase in order to be eligible for refund or exchange. Damaged or incomplete goods are not eligible for refund or exchange.

All wired headset or wireless Bluetooth device sales are final and are NOT eligible for refund or exchange.

Phone Clinic of LA, LLC, warranties all provided parts, unless otherwise specified (duration varies, see below).

CRACKED SCREENS, LCDs, or WATER DAMAGED devices VOID all part warranties. 

All device repairs are FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE.

Micro-soldering repairs have a one(1) year warranty on Part Performance.

Special Order repairs have a six(6) month warranty on Part Performance.

Premium (OLED) screens have a lifetime warranty on Part Performance.

Value (LCD) screens have a one(1) month warranty on Part Performance.

Business to business repairs have a one(1) year warranty on Part Performance.

After 14-days of the part's date of arrival, OR 14-days after the date of the Special Order repair's COMPLETION, the CUSTOMER is subject to late fees of a 1.5% increase in PRICE, PER DAY, of the Special Order that has NOT been RETRIEVED or DROPPED OFF.  

Non-Special Orders are also subjected to the above late fee terms.

Used device purchases come with a one(1) month warranty on the entire device, unless otherwise specified.

ABANDONMENT : By accepting service of any kind from Phone Clinic of LA, LLC, you agree that if the device associated with the preceding repair is not retrieved and paid for within thirty(30) days of the date of completion of repair or the date of first contact or attempted contact, whichever occurs last, Phone Clinic of LA, LLC, shall obtain ownership of the above referenced device(s). This agreement shall be deemed contractual between you and Phone Clinic of LA, LLC, and shall be to the exclusion of any obligations provided under La. R.S. 9:4502. Such a transfer of ownership shall be deemed a giving in payment under applicable state law.
